How do I access the Sales Academy platform?

The Sales Academy platform is install-free, making it easily accessible across all devices (mobile or desktop). You’ll receive your log in details once payment is made.

How often do you update the platform with new content?
  • Sales Skills Channel – At least one piece a month
  • Tools – At least two pieces a month
  • Insights – At least two a week
Payment

Depending on your subscription, you are charged either monthly (until cancellation) or an annual plan which is paid in full upfront, for a full 12 months. Once you select your plan, you will be redirected to our self-service portal where you register for your admin access to control the amount of users added to your plan and your subscriptions. For any cancellations, please contact us directly.

 

How do I change the number of users?

By using our self-portal (which you get access to when signing up), you can increase your users, transfer users, or cancel subscriptions for any users.

On average, how long is each video?

Our videos range between quick 30 second introductions to longer, more in depth 2-3 minute training or coaching videos.

How do I get access to the tools?

All the tools supplied are available as downloadable and editable PDFs.

Do you support other languages?

Our videos, downloadable tools and assets are currently only supported in English.

Our Sales Academy product is supported through our Kairos technology and the Kairos support team operate Monday through Friday 08:30-17:30 UK time.

In-platform Messaging Service

Our in-platform messaging service response times vary up to 48hrs from receiving your message. We respond to your request on weekdays between 08:30 and 4:30 UK time.

On Demand Coaching - Premium Plan

Once we receive your subscription request for our Premuim Plan, we will contact you within 48hrs to setup your 3 X 45-minute coaching sessions with a coach to suit your particular needs.
