Mentor Group were approached with the task of creating a world class sales on-boarding programme - integrating people, process and technology - to meet the growing demand for competent sales reps.

The success of the program was to be measured against a number of critical KPIs, from reducing total onboarding time to automating certification processes to providing clear performance dashboards for managers.

As a results of the new onboarding program that Mentor Group designed and delivered, onboarding time at this organisation was reduced by half, from 8 weeks to 4 weeks, with 20 person hours saved per person onboarded.

A single, fully-automated sales process was introduced for all new joiners, complete with certification and live assessments, that integrated seamlessly with the existing solution for overwhelmingly positive user feedback.
