Steve Alexander provides expert direction for Mentor’s Leadership & Management solutions whilst Debby Lewis leads the fundamentally important area of Personal Effectiveness

Carina Newton ensures that each dedicated Client Support team provides expert back-up and streamlined programme co-ordination. Finance Director, Phil Hollyhead completes the senior team.

In addition to being our Finance Director, Phil Hollyhead also oversees the overall back office function, including our IT and CRM systems, and is responsible for implementing our Sustainability Policy, especially the reductions in paper and unnecessary travel.
