SIMON BARRETT

His sales background includes supporting world-class clients like ASDA, Balfour Beatty, Raleigh, Ronseal and Masterfoods. From software and support services to training solutions, Simon benefits from a broad understanding of his clients’ needs. He’s also worked in business development and account management, making him an agile and insightful professional.  At Mentor Group, Simon is one of our resident high-tech experts. He has the rare ability to understand every nuance of his clients’ businesses. He works very closely with clients to ensure each project sets clear and measurable outcomes. PETER BLACK

peterPeter’s background is in commercial management in international banking and corporate lending, involving leadership of functional and sales teams in the UK and Europe. He specialises in developing the skills of professional finance teams, as well as helping non-finance managers to become financially astute. Peter has a flair for streamlining the financial process, making it effective, comprehensive and transparent, then setting standards for ongoing best practice. His leading stance on finance has contributed to Management Development programmes recognised as achieving outstanding business results. His senior experience enables him to provide Personal Effectiveness consultancy and he facilitates Negotiation programmes. Peter’s work for one client was so successful it has been rolled out across other areas of their European operation.
