Accreditation and professional development

Our consultants are amongst the best in the business. They are business people who apply their experience, not academic trainers. All new consultants are rigorously assessed on their industry experience, and their consultancy and communication skills.

Each consultant gains their ‘licence to practise’ through the Mentor accreditation scheme, covering the Mentor ADE consultative approach (Assess, Develop, Evaluate) and areas of specialist expertise.

Mentor is equally committed to continuous professional development. Consultants undertake 4 days Mentor development per annum, plus field observation and coaching twice a year, which is aligned with their annual performance and development plan. In addition, each consultant, researches their specialist area through industry seminars and conferences and gains appropriate qualifications.

This commitment to excellence ensures the team you entrust to work with your people’s development has relevant experience and can work to ensure maximum return on the investment you make.
